Apparently on these older units were unable to receieve the update that directs them to the proper server. I got through to someone in techsupport who was aware of the issue and provided a solution. After a few weeks though, back to the same problem.

I had same issues on my Juicebox Pro40, and was able to get it come back online using the NTP options.
